Watching Psycho-Pass

It seems like the girl is just a proxy for the anime to explain to the audience the rules of the show. That’s a little dull, and she is starting to look very incompetent. 

EDIT: And she was a top student as well. Oh wow. 

EDIT #2: On the plus side she has a really nice voice.
