One week or so kidchan replied to an anon under her Tumblr alias cigueducamin. I can’t really say what it’s about here (well, her followers would have already known, anyway) but suffice to say that it was rather intense. Very much so until kidchan confessed that she hates her art. Reading that broke my heart a little.
And now cigueducamin is no more.
By God, I wish I had sent her a little message at that time. Just a hello would have been enough. I think I would like to see her again for this year’s Comic Fiesta, and- I dunno, tell her that I love the stuff that she does, or something. And maybe we can fangirl about SinJa together in a corner.
